What is oxidized polyethylene wax used for?
Time: 2025-05-09

High Density Oxidized Polyethylene Wax is an oxidized polyethylene wax with high density and polar functional groups (such as carboxyl, hydroxyl, etc.), which makes it significantly different from ordinary polyethylene wax in terms of performance and application.

High density oxidized wax can be used for masterbtch, PVC stabilizers, PVC foam boards, and more.

For masterbatch: High density oxidized polyethylene wax is an indispensable "multifunctional assistant" in color masterbatch, which can solve the problem of pigment dispersion, optimize the processing flow, and balance storage stability.

For PVC stabilizers: High density oxidized polyethylene wax is mainly used as a lubricant, dispersant, and co stabilizer in PVC stabilizer systems, which can improve PVC processing performance, thermal stability, and reduce stabilizer dosage.

For PVC foam board: it can balance the internal and external lubricity, reduce the viscosity of the melt, prevent the foaming agent from decomposing prematurely due to friction overheating during processing, and ensure uniform and delicate foam pores; It is also possible to improve the melt strength, stabilize the bubble structure, reduce co foaming or collapse, and enhance the density uniformity and surface smoothness of the foam board.
